Last time I stopped by here, it was a weekday morning. I picked up a fresh loaf of country bread - it was still warm, as it had literally just come out of the oven. I tore into it immediately, and it was so crusty and sour and chewy and DIVINE!

I also got a cappuccino that I enjoyed in the parklet since it was too busy to sit inside. This is why I rated the atmosphere 4/5 stars.

By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And it means a lot to me as a customer to support cafes that are doing better by our local and global ecosystems by way of their dishware.

Namely, by not providing an excess of trashy, single use plastic that will head straight for the landfill, incinerator, or water.

We ordered two different toast options from their menu. One was very good, one was not so good. The one we enjoyed was the avocado toast. It was on a nice thick slice of bread with a large helping of avocado on top. The one we did not enjoy was the #6, a dark rye bread with ricotta cheese and jam spread on top. This did not work well together and would have been more enjoyable on a better slice of bread.
Our next complaint for this restaurant was their lack of seating...
