This place is awesome. Polenta black pepper sourdough was perfection - a slightly sweet, soft crumb and crispy crust with a little sharpness from the pepper. They sell different baking flours, they do baking courses, and the even gave me some starter. This is clearly a baker's bakery.
Such a great addition to the neighborhood! The vibe here is perfectly modern and hipster—sleek design, great energy, and a wonderful place to sit back and relax.
Their bread is absolutely spectacular, and you can really taste the difference because they have their own mill right on-site. The crust, the crumb, and the depth of flavor in their loaves are top-tier.
