We were visiting from Texas and oh my gosh. It is the best banana split I have ever had. We had the Golden Gate Banana Split. It's a bit pricey, but it was worth it. The chocolate ice cream is incredible. Honestly I don't remember ever eating chocolate ice cream as delicious as theirs. The strawberry and pineapple pieces tasted fresh. Weeks later and back in Texas we are still talking about it. It is a good size, so I suggest splitting it with someone. Make sure it's someone who shares equally.

I love eating ice cream, but even for me the small portions were more than enough.
Omg! Ghirardelli is not getting old. Year by year, decades over decades it remains original and our experience was amazing. We tried heart melt ice creams and purchased box gifts of chocolates.

Fun place to visit for great chocolate and ice cream! Bring a light coat for warmth if sitting outside and be prepared for waiting for a while on the weekend for anything chocolate!

Asked for a fine in order, was giving a to go order. Asked staff about it and was told sorry we already made it nothing we can do. When I went to grab a spoon to eat it I was told those are only for dine in customers and wouldn’t give me a metal spoon.
