This place has a pretty good breakfast burrito with tofu instead of eggs. Just tell them you’re vegan and they’ll make it correctly. Very large burrito at that with black beans, potatoes and tofu. Very good. Their coffee is decent too - they offer soy milk at their coffee station as well - so it’s nice to not get charged extra for the soy option.

I used to fly out of this terminal all the time, pre-pandemic and remember them having delicious sweet vegan treats. They have limited fully vegan/plant-based options, only the cookie is vegan. Some salads and pita/hummus available - doesn’t have the same sparkle it had once. Super recommend them bringing back those vegan cupcakes or was it cake slices? Total bummer. Very happy to see the vegan breakfast burrito option - the employee asked if I wanted no egg and no cheese when I ordered the breakfast burrito with the tofu - seems like they know about us vegans. You can get the breakfast burrito with tofu instead; it comes with beans and potatoes. It was made on the spot and was warm, which meant I didn’t have to grab a cold salad😄 Updated from previous review on 2025-04-14
