Philip noticed that I walked in with a laptop in hand and ensured to seat me near an outlet. He also noticed my charger would be too heavy for said outlet at which time he brought out tape to make sure my charger wouldn’t slip out. He did all of this without me ever saying a word just based on his observation of my experience. He and Andrea made sure they knew mine and everyone’s departure times and were attentive and caring.
