A very unsatisfactory experience! After waiting for a long time, no waiter came to greet me, and there was no one to sign in. The waiter was so busy that he couldn't leave the ground. Since there are no shortage of customers, why not hire a few more waiters? The attitude is that if you want to eat or not, you can’t wait and just leave! Will never go there again!

Excellent hot pot. The customer service was very friendly and quick to remove our empty plates.The meat qualities were exceptional. We also loved being able to order food with our phone, but just the essentials, there is a nice Buffett to go up and grab vegetables, giblets, snails, tripe, noodles, sauce bar, even a nice $3 juice bar.Really enjoyed their special house sauce. They sauce bar had some super good choices.The soup broths were so delicious. Really clean bathroom.Just an overall top notch hot pot place!

Quick service, really liked their tonkatsu broth. We walked in without a reservation on a super busy night and they were great about finding a spot to squeeze us in. They take cars but appreciate cash. Would return for hotpot.
Awesome value ayce hot pot especially for lunch. We chose the single tonkotsu pot which was pretty well seasoned and not oily if you like that. You order your protein online which had all the basics. Plenty of noodle choices, with the fresh yellow noodle being my favorite. If you're looking for a hot pot that has all the essentials, this is a great spot to stop by. Fried mantou was like a carmelized donut! Service was good, though you'll probably need to ask if you want things faster. Casual neighborhood spot that can get busy

My absolute favorite hot pot spot. Their vegetarian pho broth is to die for and is a unique option to The Pots - I can never find anything like it anywhere else! Customer service is unmatched - the owners are the friendliest and sweetest. I love coming here, even if it means trekking across the entire city, and I always recommend it!

Great food, very knowledgeable and friendly servers. I was really impressed by the vegetarian and vegan options here as well as fro server’s knowledge of ingredients. I really enjoyed the tomato pumpkin potato soup broth but I’m sure the others are great too. I wish they had a few more vegetable options (broccoli, carrot, etc) but in general I was super happy with the place and would recommend. Save some room for desert too because the brownie cubes are delicious!
My other favorite place to be! Cant beat the value and quality here.

I went to a few hot pot places in my life they ok but here is my personal fav. In other places the food I like is limited but here there is a bigger variety of things I like! The food there was fresh and delicious! The soup base was very soothing and comfortable The brownies there were pretty good! The place was really pretty and bright. The buffet line was nice and clean, it looked really modern and aesthetic! The service was pretty fast for a busy restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place!

My oh my I love this hot pot place! For $37 all you can eat you also get a sauce bar, cooked appetizers, various juices and dessert. The broths are also absolutely delicious and can be split pot. When I went I got one tonkatsu base and one mala both of which were absolutely packed with flavor and perfect. The quality of the meat was also tender and fatty and I highly recommend the brisket and the lamb! You also have an entire seafood bar and veggie bar in which I loved the fish balls with roe and the shiitake mushrooms. Definitely check out The Pots!!
