I came here with a friend one day for lunch (we had been looking forward to coming to Sarap Shop for a while and were finally able to align our schedules for a weekday, since the hours here are somewhat limited). I ordered the lechon carbonara since all of the dishes here with lechon appeared to be a popular choice online and this seemed like interesting take on dishes that were familiar to me, a fusion of Italian carbonara and Filipino lechon. To be honest, the dish was a tad too oily and salty for my preferences, but also so tasty! I ended up finishing most of it and bringing the rest home since it was a generous portion and a good balance of toppings/mix-ins and noodles. I'd look forward to ordering it again in the future.
The location was a bit... uncertain at first. Sarap Shop is located down a side street off of 4th St which is convenient if you're heading down to a game or concert. I went there from 3rd St and was a bit confused since it just looked like a residential area, but there it was! The red garage door (see other people's pics) was open so the business was indeed open, but my friend and I were confused at first since there was no one inside and it took a moment to realize we needed to order by QR code online. That was all fine, just a bit unexpected. (Other customers and delivery drivers that came in after us looked similarly confused by all the closed doors and closed serving windows inside, so perhaps they just need better signage for these cases?)
Overall a good experience and I look forward to another visit here and the chance to try something new :)
Food was amazingggg !! Got the lechon sisig carbonara and rice bowl (added an egg on both) and they were 10/10!! Cozy spot with limited seating and cute artwork on the walls ?. Didn't see a bathroom while we were there but Whole Foods has a public bathroom and is within walking distance lol.

Vegan pita wrap is excellent—great flavor and texture, filling, and easy to eat. Super sweet folks working here too. And the little tables on quiet Stillman street are a nice respite from the bustle of 3rd and 4th streets just steps away.
Vegetarian options: Vegan tofu sisig is available in a wrap or in a rice bowl, both delicious
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. Curbside tables on the sidewalk and in an open patio.

I was walking on my lunch to Whole Paycheck ( side eye -_- ) and I saw the signage for The Sarap Shop and decided to take a chance. It's a cool hidden gem on the side of the road on Stillman alley. The murals are really dope and there is a nice atmosphere/energy about this spot. I ordered the pork lumpia ( which is BOGO! ) and the pork carbonara. It was all SO GOOD! Especially the carbonara, wow. I will be back again!

Very much a small hideaway, I only stumbled upon it thanks to a folding sign they posted on 4th Street which was on my way home. Super friendly staff in the kitchen, and recommended you place your order online first otherwise you need to scan their provided QR code and use your phone to order. If they are available at the window they could take your order, but there’s only so many people running that spot. I never knew anything about them prior, but I’ve had their Carbonara and Dan Dan noodle dishes and both were great, alongside some of their Halo Halo Milk tea I’m never not tempted to make a quick stop any time I step out for the day.

Been loving this place since they were a food truck... The Adob(r)o pita sandwich is my all time fav! Great lunch bites with comfort food options.

I was greeted by the owner, who shook my hand, and it really made me feel welcomed! There's a wonderful vegetarian/vegan selection and a solid variety of food on the menu! Everything I had was really good and I'm really looking forward to go again to try more!

We were very excited to see a brand new Filipino comfort food spot spring up in Soma! It’s tucked away on Stillman St, but once you’re near you won’t miss the murals. Food was all tasty; our favorite was the sisig (get the sous vide egg on top). The fattiness of the porkbelly contrasting with the brightness of the citrusy sauce was a delight. Loved the vibes of the place with the colorful/whimsical art, and the staff were very friendly. The place felt a little quiet with the staff working on the food behind the closed window, and we were the only ones dining in at the time. Not much seating for dine-in, but great for lunch takeaway. We’re betting that as more people find out about this place, it’ll become a popular neighborhood lunchtime spot in no time!

Hidden gem on Stillman Alley. Right next to the freeway on ramp. Not many places to sit, so order take away and enjoy some of the beautiful urban gardens nearby.
They have delicious Filipino fusion food. And they have gluten and plant based options!
Loved every bite of Sarap Shop! The name of this takeaway place is spot on!
I’m glad this restaurant opened this new location. Sarap Shop is one of my favorite places in the city to grab a quick bite. My go to item on the menu is the tofu sisig carbonara!

Easily a sleeper pick of a restaurant in the area. Even with the location on Google Maps, we almost missed the restaurant, as there were no other customers inside and the booth window was closed.
Don’t be fooled, however, cause this Filipino comfort food was absolutely tasty! The Sisig Carbonara was creamy and the seasoning balances quite well with the pasta dish. And it wouldn’t be complete without some Pork Belly Adobo braised to perfection.

SooOOoooO Delicous!
Literally so delicious! Lumpia is my favorite dish but all the food here is super yummy and made with love!!
If I can give this place an 11 over 10, I would. I can't speak for service because I've been ordering from DoorDash 6 days in a row. Delicious comfort Filipino food with creative fusion dishes. Everything I have gotten has exceeded my taste bud expectations. The Sisig Carbonara is genius, the first bite was an explosion of goodness. Creamy and very filling. I don't eat Kare Kare, but if you serve it the way Sarap Shop does, their Kare Kare Dan Dan noodles was just wow! I don't even like tofu but when I tried the vegan Sisig rice bowl, the blend of flavors, sweet, spicy, garlicky made this dish simply amazing. The pork belly adobo ribs and the BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl were also pretty good! Dirty Onion Rings was an elevated yummy appetizer I didn't think I'd enjoy so much. Got the Halo Halo Milk tea with jelly bits it's dessert in a drink, a must try. Everything I have tried was off the chart's delicious. Will definitely be regular! 5 stars!
spaghetti carbonara sisig. tasty but super heavy
