The acting supervisor “BARTENDER JAMES” with short and FUNNY mustache was so mean and RUDE with customers and I said that to him and he just cut me and my girlfriend off bc I said the truth 😂 actually the music was fun and the dj was cool., but Mr. Mustache don’t play with customers I haven’t had any drink I asked for a soda he just rejected me and treated me badly. - 8:15pm second Thursday Valencia street live was nicer outside anyways 😘 a punishment (? A favor for me and my friend though! 🤣

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS KNOWN FOR ROOFYING WOMEN EVEN SOME OF BARTENDER & STAFF ARE IN ON IT !!!!! I was told I had to pay 400 for VIP when I get there they charge me 530 rip me off the VIP section wasn’t even worth it. There was no barriers up between us and other people there was no section just a ghetto looking table from Walmart The place had a bad smell, no air hot.TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE SOMEONE PUT SOMETHING IN OUR DRINKS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT I ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THERE SO CALLED VIP SECTION FOR $530 !!!

Got charged $40 cover tonight (first time here). Place was small. Smelled bad. Hot inside. Was dead on a Sunday midnight. Music selection not great. Waste of $40
The door staff are pricks with no understanding of customer service. A couple of goons more focused on acting tough then getting customers in early in the night. They must make so much money they don’t need to care about respect.

We went for a Bollywood night on May 02 and my friend and I had our jackets stolen at the end of the night. My friend’s jacket had her passport & phone!
10 minutes after us leaving, the security guy ‘Jose’ calls us to tell us they found the passport in the trash… He made us meet him at a gas station to pick it up.
This has shady written all over it. I don’t believe this story at all. It has to be that the security have stolen our things. Who even hunts for things in the trash? And only the passport was found? Bullshit. The phone and our jackets are still missing.
Management, hope you get to the bottom of this!!

My friends and I were rudely not permitted entry to this establishment because two of them had lost their IDs but had photos of said IDs. I understand this may be against the rules per se but it's very rude on a Tuesday night to not let people in who are obviously of age who have pictures of their IDs that match their appearances. I'm not necessarily judging this place for the law but it's just wasn't a very welcoming atmosphere and I don't think I'll be back.
