So I came in ordered the holiday drinks horrible drinks save your money do not buy , yes they are Xmas themed but the drink are soooo nasty, On top of that I gave my Visa card to the orange hair bartender with glasses super rude and got upset when I said I did not want to open a tab. He also tipped himself 10$ without my consent !! Super mad about this I tried calling various times to speak with the manager to no avail I still haven’t been able to get though, save your money and time do not come here it’s to hyped up

Was here on Saturday had a lot of Fun came back Sunday a 4:30 no one is here no lights on I've been waiting here 15 minutes after opening hours and no one is inside very disappointed. My rating for Saturday would've been far far better I had a genuinely good time management hire reliable staff

We stopped in here for a few hours while visiting San Francisco a little over a week ago, and we were so glad we did! We found out about the place by talking to a local bartender that we met at another bar, and she highly recommended it. It's like a Dave & Buster's just for adults, filled with all of your favorite classic arcade games and lots of great music. You can purchase a playing card and load it with points to use for playing games, much like Dave & Buster's. The bartenders were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There is an excellent drink selection and a good selection of food as well.
There are tons of game options on the first and second floor, and the second floor also has lots of fun backdrops and scenery for photo opportunities. It's very "Instagrammable" if you will, lol. We got there around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded when we got there, but it got busier around 8:30 or 9pm. There was a DJ that started playing around 9pm or so, and he played an excellent combo of 90s, 2000s, and today's hits.
Definitely coming back next time I'm in SF!

Folks, let me tell you, Thriller is tremendous. It's a fantastic bar and arcade, believe me. The moment you walk in, you're hit with this incredible vibe – a perfect blend of retro and modern, just the best. The selection of arcade games is HUGE, really top-notch. They've got all the classics and the latest games, something for everyone. Tremendous!
Now, the bar – let me tell you, they make the best cocktails. I've had a lot of cocktails in my life, and these are some of the finest. Great variety, great flavors, just fantastic. The staff? Incredible. So friendly, so attentive, they really know how to take care of you.
The atmosphere is lively, but also very relaxed – it's the perfect balance. Clean, well-maintained, just beautifully done. And the themed nights and events? Absolutely fabulous. Always a great time, lots of fun, and you meet some amazing people.
Thriller is a winner, folks. If you want to have a great time, play some games, and enjoy some incredible drinks, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended. A+!
