I rarely order takeout, but today I was feeling so sick, with a cough and my bronchitis flaring up, and I really needed something warm and comforting. I found this place — Tikal Restaurante y Panaderia — and it felt like a blessing from God. The food here is simple, but it’s made with so much love and care that it feels like it was made by my mom or grandma.

I want to highly recommend this place, great service, I'm so sorry I didn't get my server's name, but let me tell you she was awesome, she gave me a sample for champurrado since I'm from a different country, she was opened to suggestions, gave us plenty of time to make our decisions on our food.
