“Awesome Tiki Bar and a must visit if your into Tiki or themed bars“
“Hawaii West is one of my favorite mf places in the world. Sunny, the owner/bartender doesn't got time for your trials and tribulations and you'll figure that out pretty quick. Free pool all the time, lots of places to sit and cool tf out. All the things you need, none of the frills you don't.“

“The atmosphere and bar itself was so much fun, the bar staff was incredibly friendly and kind. However, we paid for a private party and the DJ refused to take requests. I understand it is under his discretion to play what he wants, but he refused to play the songs the private party requested. I personally asked him to play a song and he told me he would, I never heard the song so I went back to him to ask about it playing and he told me it was going to be played soon. I never heard the song and when I asked him one more time, he said it’s no longer within your parties time frame and I can play whatever I want. I said that’s disappointing because I asked him to play the song during our private party event at this bar and he told me that’s not longer his problem and he was extremely rude. Very disappointing because this bar and the rest of the staff were amazing, but this DJ was rude and a real let down. Especially for how much money we spent for this bar for a birthday party. Do not suggest the bar hires this DJ again based on how he talked to customers.“

“rader Sam’s is one of those rare San Francisco bars that feels like stepping into a fully realized world rather than just another place to grab a drink. The immersive tiki décor, warm amber lighting, and layers of hand-crafted details give the space a cozy, transportive feel that immediately sets it apart from typical cocktail bars. It’s intimate without feeling cramped, with different pockets of seating that make it work equally well for quiet conversations or casual group outings. While the bar is clearly adult-oriented in terms of drinks, the playful tropical visuals make it approachable and visually engaging even earlier in the evening. The atmosphere leans relaxed and nostalgic rather than loud or chaotic, which makes it a great stop for people who value ambiance as much as cocktails. Accessibility is generally manageable with ground-level seating and open walkways, though tighter areas near the bar may require some navigation“

“Delicious cocktails, amazing ambience, and a fun band to top it off! Loved learning the lagoon used to be the hotel’s old pool. Can’t wait to return!“

“We were thrilled to be invited to a dinner event host at Trader Vic’s since it’s one of the tiki bar I really waned to try!
The dinner was decent overall. We started with a salad that came with lettuce mix, tomato, artichoke, hearts of palm and Japanese dressing.
For entrees, we had the miso salmon that’s pan seared salmon with chimichurri, grilled bok choy.
We also tried the sliced New York strip loin, which tasted great as well. For dessert, we had the dulce de leche cream brûlée, which tasted great.
After dinner, we went to the bar and ordered a few cocktails. The bartender, David, was very friendly and chill! We tried the original Mai tai, Polu Puffer and Bumbu Hunter.
The one I liked the most was the Bumbu Hunter, it had four kinds of rums with tropical notes and warm spices! I would definitely come back to try more of their drinks! Highly recommended!“

“Smugglers cove is the cutest tiki bar! Beautiful decor
What a drink menu, it’s so good! Many cocktails to choose from and the bartenders are phenomenal. The drinks here are an art form and the presentation was excellent
Sat with our group in lower level it was pretty warm in there!
Must stop if you in the area!“
