Tosai has a few items marked with a V for veg and I tried their green veggie dumplings, which were just OK. The good news is that even just OK dumplings are good, if like me you are a big fan of dumplings.

Fresh, delicious, flexible on garnishes and combinations, friendly, very clean and good atmosphere. Love it! I don't have to go upstairs to the food court noisyness. It's quieter for relaxing or having conversations with my friends. Highly recommend!
