Dude I was pissed, I ordered at 11:40 said my food will be ready at 12:09. I had pre-ordered and put a time when I wanna pick up because I was at work. On google said open when I arrive to the place it says open on a sign. The door was locked lights off, there sign said open at 11:30. It was 12:10 when I arrive nobody there, I called no answer. And I couldn’t ask for a refund through my bank because it wasn’t processed yet. I get call around 1:35 im at work, I don’t check my phone often. Called saying my food was ready for pick up, I was annoyed. Because I ordered almost 2 hours ago and I couldn’t leave work to go pick it up. No apology or anything when I arrived, I was gonna ask for a partial refund but the lady who gave me the food quickly gave it to me and said “bye,” in that rushed voice. Won’t be ordering here, was 30$ and 2 hours late. I still took it since I was kinda rushed off , :/ I already had gotten something else because they were closed and nobody picked up. I don’t recommend online orders.

We ordered a bunch of items to share family style. Some very good and some mixed quality. I liked the beef short ribs and two of three sushi rolls but was mixed on the ramen and dumplings. Service was polite and nice but food items came out at random times (chicken skewers after we had eaten).

Absolutely one of the best sushi around. On top of that, the cut of fish on the nigiri is huge. We have always gotten prompt and warm service. The best part is the reasonable price. We discovered the restaurant just a year ago and have been back a dozen times.
This is the best sushi restaurant in San Francisco. It’s a hidden gem.

Decent food, average service, lots of tables. Came at a slow evening. It's not a bad spot, but nothing really stood out to me. Give it a try if you are in the area.

Happy to have found this wonderful little spot.
We caught them in the evening hours and had some wonderful, fresh, flavorful nigiri.
Highly recommend.

really solid spot in the area, spacious and good service. the rolls were great, though a bit on the saucier side. the hand roll was surprisingly good too, liked how the spicy scallop was just some sriracha mayo on top of a clean scallop. lunch set fish all pretty fresh!
The people working here are very disrespectful and rude to customers.
