The first time I came here I had an amazing pasta and great service. Came back with a friend for a second time and had a lack-luster experience. The pastas were fine, but nothing close to what it was before. My mom does a better pasta. Their tiramisu was good and the bartender was extremely nice and accommodating to our drink requests. Big props to him! I wish the waiter could learn a thing or two from him.

This is the best Italian I have ever had! The ravioli with prosciutto and cheese was incredible. Our waiter let us know that it is hand made right down the street from the restaurant. Overall great atmosphere and service. Would definitely recommend for a date night spot!

Gnocchi was great. The Pavarotti dish was pretty meh. Bruschetta was ok, but not as amazing as the waiter recommended it was. Great atmosphere and excellent t a couple of blocks off the main Columbus ave drag.

Quality was disappointing. The Caesar salad was drenched in cheap dressing and pre-shredded cheese. The Italian soda was just sparkling water with cheap syrup dumped into it. The pork was overcooked, the pasta was very salty. On top of that the servers were in a rush to turn over our table. I came back from the bathroom with my leftover food in a box already. Bad experience.

It’s an ok American Italian restaurant. Base ingredients are good, pasta is not served al dente
Lovely staff and even better pasta. I will absolutely be coming back here - we got the il davioli (8.1/10 and risotto verde(8.7/10). The perfect place for solo date night, couple date night, celebration or honestly anything. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere and genuinely the fastest food service ever. The glass of Chardonnay wasn’t the best I’ve had but it wasn’t the star of the show so that’s ok

We’ve made more reservations here than anywhere else in town. Vince and the entire Trattoria team are amazing, friendly, and thoughtful. Everything we have ever ordered here is a 10/10.

My family was visiting from Japan and requested Italian. We reserved for a party for 7. They were able to accommodate my allergy son and they are also kid friendly. They gave our girls crayons and menus to color. We shared 2 appetizers and 4 dishes.
Definitely enjoyed our meal and time spent there.

Really just not good at all honestly. I’m not that picky, even about Italian food, but it was just incredibly mediocre. Pasta tastes like it came from a grocery store box and not the good brands. Over-all just cheap ingredients and service was brutally meh.
They brought out the wrong food for me and it was honestly terrible the couple bites I had of it before they realized and came to get it back and get me the right thing. Then when they brought out my $31 Diavolo it wasn’t much better. Sawdusty texture, nasty dry garnish that gets into everything, cold mozzarella-ish cheese that concerningly doesn’t melt in the warm food dish.
They also brought out the ‘Alfredo’ with added chicken my wife ordered and it was basically just pesto sauce with nothing Alfredo about it and no chicken she ordered in it. Biasco al Lampone drink has maybe 3 drops of actual alcohol in it. They brought out vanilla ice cream because it was our anniversary and I’ve never had ice cream that I had to compare to cheese before but unfortunately it was more like eating bread dough from the texture. Clearly just a cheap ice cream that uses a lot of gelatin instead of actual decent ingredients and process. Overall I couldn’t recommend to anyone unfortunately even though the staff seemed nice (except the open-view kitchen where the chef was visibly throwing a fit - literally tossing plates - when the waiter grabbed the wrong food and he had to remake - again, boxed pasta which he wasn’t even cooking right. Also paid $6 for a coke ordered right when I sat down and they never refilled or offered to refill it once.
