Love the concept for this bar! They rotate countries to focus the entire menu of food and drinks on. We came for a highlight on Mexico and it did not disappoint! We were a group of nine and they seated us in an intimate space. I loved the ambience and the menus (in a felt booklet). Between everyone, I got to try the Corn is Gold, Where the Maguey Grows, Cafe Nocturno, A Clear Classic, and Horchata. Interesting spot that has been set up on the ground floor of 25 Lusk, the fine dining restaurant. They have a rotating concept that changes periodically, and at the time of writing they were focusing on tequila. I really liked their cocktail list, as it was unique, with some interesting concoctions. I went with the Corn is Gold and enjoyed the blanco and anejo mix with the corn punch.
