I have been here many times, mainly when I travel out of SFO. I’m so happy this place exists, because I usually stop by before heading to the airport. Also this place is 24 hours which is a place and great for passengers that arrive late. They offer many snacks, hot/cold items and a variety of beverages. The staffs here are well trained, very welcoming and listens to your needs. I tried many of their warm food selections which is worth the wait, and it does not bother me at all that I have to wait since I have high patience. They have recently upgraded their menu and expanded their options. I highly recommend this place to all passengers and to anyone looking for a quick bite. I definitely will be back to tryout other options they have listed.

The food was amazing, and service was very accommodating.

Twin Crafts Market and Bar is the best pre-security option for coffee and quick bites at SFO. After an international flight and with a two-hour layover, I wanted to grab a coffee and enjoy plane spotting before re-entering security. Unfortunately, no such spaces exist within SFO proper, but this spot, just a short tram ride away, was a perfect escape. With ample seating, plenty of electrical outlets, and large windows overlooking the international terminal, it offers a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a world away. Highly recommended!

We ate here a couple times during our stay and enjoyed cocktails too. Overall we liked it obviously we went more than once. I'd say the drinks varied in quality per bartender and the food was good, although a somewhat limited menu we found great choices regardless and it was tasty! We do recommend enjoying some food and libations here if you're a guest in this hotel.

We wanted something quick and easy so we didn't have to leave the hotel. We stopped in and grabbed a bite at the bar. Service was decent and the food was good. I'd stop by again!

I had one of the top three burgers of my life here, just now. Everything was perfectly balanced. Not too loud, not too plain. It reminded me of old music, before digital engineering and autotune. Songs sounded so crisp, clear, and spacious. You could hear each instrument individually, and feel how they layered together in the mix. This burger was exactly like that. All of the ingredients were perfectly spaced out and flavored: the crisply chatted burger patties, the pepper, the cheese, the bacon, the caramelized onions, even the buttery, crispy bun… it all played together beautifully. I could taste each flavor distinctly. Nothing stepped on anything else. There was so much space between the flavors. The salad was delightful as well. It brought me back to a time in my childhood when my mom would make fresh salads for us with vegetables from her garden. It tasted freshly picked. The strawberries were a nice touch, as well. What a burger! Masterful work!

Very nice rooms! Very quite and comfortable and felt a step above. Restaurant was also very good. Convenient to access SFO airport. Overall customer service was great too! Would go back to the Grand Hyatt SFO!

It is so convenient to have an airport hotel easily accessible by public transportation in the airport complex. Not only could I get to and from the gates but there was excellent connection to BART for travel to the city. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The gym is well equipped. The staff is helpful.

First class facility, world class service, unbeatable location for those flying in or out of SFO. You cannot ask for more. Well worth the price. I would suggest this hotel at SFO if it is available. Hard to get in but that is for a reason.

Nice place but after paying $500 for one night I didn't expect them to hit me up for a $30 early check in fee. In the end it was waived because I was already a rewards member, but it just seemed like they were just nickle and dime'ing you!

Such a convenient hotel when having to catch an early departure in the morning. Although right at the San Francisco airport, the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The airport tram is located right by the lobby, and takes you directly the airport terminal in 1 to 3 short stop’s depending on which which terminal you are leaving from.

A true gem, hope it stays this nice as time and wear and tear sink in. Extremely clean, very nice staff and excellent restaurant, better than stand alone places to eat. Super quiet rooms and extremely large rooms

Truly a class act. From check in to the bar to the room, it’s a win for me. The hotel is easy to get to from the air train with its own stop at the airports. The hotel is large but feels really intimate and nice. Check in is right off of the train which is amazing. While our room didn’t face the main terminal you can still see planes and such, but you never hear them. Room has thoughtful details from unobtrusive lights under the bed and bath room when you get up, to a nice coffee maker, and more, this hotel is great. Food in bar great. Also liked the bartender, she was great. Will totally stay again.
