Pretty decent Japanese Cheesecake. My favorite it’s still located in NYC (Keki Modern Cakes) but since we had the craving anything is better than Miami Japanese Cheesecake.
We had 3 flavors. The original, Ube & Burnt Basque Cheesecake. All were okay.
I ordered and tried the original cheesecake from Uncle Tetsu. It’s a light, fluffy dessert that’s easy to share with family or a small group. Pleasant and airy, though not something I’d go out of my way for.
Really good and they have friendly staff
Uncle tetsu was very good. I grabbed a cake before flying home to Albuquerque as a present for my wife who enjoyed getting a jiggly cheesecake in Osaka. This was very close to what we got. Thanks!
The mini cheesecake was so delicious! Satisfying for one person!
I got an ube cheesecake on a total whim and loved it! This cheesecake is a lot airier than normal kinds. Almost like the whipped cream cheese you can get in stores but a little thicker. I love ube and this didn't disappoint. I find it both sweet and savory, which is a nice medley of flavor. Definitely recommend!
So good and the cheesecake soo fluffy
The tart is everything

I love the food here; it’s delicious. However, it’s disheartening that every time I visit, I have to wait a long time. Usually I count and about five clients give up and leave without buying because they can’t stand the wait. I understand their frustration, but it’s unfortunate for the business.
The cheesecake are poor in taste and kind of plastic textured, didn't like it.
Tried the cheese tarts- purple (medium sweet), yellow (excellent!) and pink one (too sweet for me). Overall delicious treats but highly recommend the yellow flavor sweet and a little tarty

Tastes nothing like cheesecake, more like bread, not a fan. And it’s expensive.
My expectations were low but I just experienced magic in my mouth! 🤩😋 the cheesecake was so airy and moist in the best way possible and the ube tart wasn’t overwhelmingly creamy! Both desserts weren’t overly sweet which is also a plus!
I don’t expect much from food courts, and i dont rate stores often, but dang, this one was magical.
My first time ever trying Japanese cheesecake, and I’m so glad I did. This thing was amazing, literally melts in your mouth
Their cheesecake is so delicious I'm obsessed!!
