I was visiting San Francisco for work and was craving some Italian food. Uncle Vito’s is one of the best places I’ve been to anywhere. The Egg Plant Parmesan was amazing. I normally hate salads but this place had an amazing salad. The place has an awesome vibe too. Would have stopped there everyday if I could.

I am from the Seattle area visiting SF, we found Uncle Vito’s pizza. It reminded me of my childhood pizza parlor back in the Midwest, great old school feel. The service was great, I loved the fact that the owner was greeting and cleaning tables, the pizza was just what I was looking for and it hit that pizza satisfaction for some original old school pizza from the Midwest. The crust was just right, not too thick and fresh and crispy, all the toppings were delicious. I ordered a large sausage pepperoni Canadian bacon mushroom pie, yum . I highly recommend Uncle Vito’s Pizza.

Very good. I was craving for a purely Italian pizza and I went to uncle vito's.Told the waitress and she said well the mozzarella is not like today's fresh. I respect the honesty.Pricing is great and the pizza was delicious.I wish the crush edges were a little more crispy and charred.But very delicious pizza very good service and very good environment and very good pricing.Would always come back

The place was small but service was excellent and super quick. Pizza was medium crust and came in different sizes so good for singles to groups. The eggplant parmagiana was huge - came with side salad and garlic bread. Salad was lovely with a light dressing, the parmagiana was too salty for my liking so only ate less than half.

Pesto pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust is thin and cooked perfectly. We ordered carry out. One pizza and one sandwich. The sandwich was huge and more than enough for two people. Friendly staff and order was ready when we arrived for pick up. Great place!

So I visited again after so many years and yes it's still the same delicious pizza! Did I jump on a plane just to have my pizza craving fulfilled? Yes I did! And would I suggest others do the same? Why yes you should! The only bad thing is I live 350 miles away and they don't open till 5pm.

The pizza has good dough, good flavor, small and cozy restaurant, for 2 people 1 medium pizza and the fried ravioli as a starter are enough, it is fast, the service is good, you have to keep in mind that there is only 1 waiter to take the order , the drink is quick but it won't give you time to think, friendly cooks and manager ?? the suggestion is to be more generous with the ice for the glasses ?

Fav pizza spot around these parts. Been coming here for 10 years. Moved to socal and missed this spot. Almost a decade later after moving back, and pizza still tastes the same. Fresh high quality ingredients. No frills just quality food. Def going to be a regular pizza picker upper here

Uncle Vito's was my favourite evening meal inSF by a long mile. It may not seem much upon arrival but the food tasted incredible.We shared the fettuccine Siena pasta and the mountain pizza. All the food was SO delicious!! I could not recommend this restaurant any more. It was really fairly priced for the quality we were served. Very friendly service too.
