Literally….. the best meal of my life. Verjus is at their PEAK! The steak, extraordinary and I wish I would have saved my bread for the jus. The duck, so crisp, rich, delicate. Eggs, jammy, tangy, delightful. The ham croquets were crispy, meaty, flavorful. The pan perdu, it is a hype and worth it. Wine list is extraordinary. The service is top notch. It can be very loud, but there’s no need to talk with outstanding food coming. Hands down the BEST restaurant right now...
Amazing food, amazing hospitality, and a great Bistro environment. Attention to detail was obvious. Heads and shoulders above most other restaurants. Pros working at their best. Looking forward to returning and enjoying the Verjus experience again. No weak spots. Not kidding...Every dish was extraordinary, and the service was excellent... matched the high quality of the food. Long time since we have walked out of a restaurant so happy!!
New pre fix lunch is an absolute steal of a deal! Enjoyed a beautiful chenin blanc from Santa Barbara, melon with prosciutto and pine nuts, and not one but two house made lamb sausages with couscous and squash with a delish salty broth for $50. Service and atmosphere is just as attentive and lively as dinner. Thank you Verjus!
