I like Victory Hall for a few key things. One, service, really solid bartenders. Two, ambiance, have to say the space/music/decoration combo gives off positive vibes. Three, food, diverse menu regardless of what you might be in the mood for. Lastly, the Happy Hour (see photo attached). Runs all night Monday and from 2-pm, Tues-Friday. If you're looking for a good spot to pre/post game after watching the Giants, come on in!

Lovely space, great reggae music on some nights! Everyone says the food is great, I have to eaten there. I would like to see more caffeinated because though! There are tons of carbonated waters, kombuchas and natural energy drinks on the market! Please proved these and NA drinks to your menu there is also a long wait at the bar, more support staff would be a great idea. The staff that IS there is really nice.

As a hip hop fan, I appreciate that this venue hosts hip hop legends and pays tribute to the pioneers of that culture. However, every single time I come here, I am literally ignored.I don’t mean “oh, how can I help you” after a few minutes. I mean, standing there for over 20 minutes while watching others walk up, get instantly serviced and walk away while I stand there patiently, respectfully waiting. The first time this happened, I chalked it up to a mistake albeit waiting for 30 minutes. At the Dilla tribute event tonight, I experienced the exact same thing. As a 6’3 big dark skinned dude, I’m not hard to miss so it doesn’t take much imagination to wonder why there appears to be preferential treatment here.I will never patronize this venue again, if you know you know.

This place is a great place to meet up with friends especially when some are vegan and others are not. We went for the launch of their new vegan bar bites curated by Chef Raina and they were amazing. My personal favorite was the "No Crab Cakes" which were crispy and flavored perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were so soft as well, I just wish they came with a sauce. We also tried the vegan tacos which were simple but decent and the garlic fries which made a good snack. They also have non-vegan options and a whole dinner menu. On the bar side, their happy hour Moscow mule was one of the best I've ever had.

I have enjoyed everything except I dislike jalapeno in my cornbread. The fried chicken is an every other week stop for lunch. Please mention to employees that when they step outside for a cig not to smoke on the east side wall near the old coffee stop, the smoke wafts around the corner to the outside counter and outdoor seating.

My Bestie and I had our annual New Year Day brunch today. We had gone one year pre pandemic. She sent me a flyer and I was all in. I love the NOLA vibes with the brass band that was there today. The food was super delicious! My first time actually eating chicken and waffles. The chicken was super crispy and juicy. I like how the waffles were super light, nothing thick or heavy. The staff and service were great. There was someone always checking on us. We even got to get up and dance to the music with the people today.
