Apparently they’re not allowing birthday reward redemptions at this location during the holiday season. Not an official rule by any means, but because they don’t want to serve you. Poor service from the woman/manager there.
Edit: I reached out to corporate and they indeed confirmed this was not standard practice. lol

I ordered via the app before arriving at the mall to grab it quick as a snack. Ordered the Original Pretzel and a Wetzel Dog. I got a call about 5 minutes later that they had NEITHER of those. They asked if I wanted to just cancel the order and I said yes cancel it. (If you try to cancel the order via the app they just make you call them.) I thought nothing of it and continued with my day. Later I realize that they marked the order as completed instead of cancelled, acting like I actually received any products or services from them at all. Needless to say, this was a horrible first time experience for eating from here. I'm not sure if other Wetzel's Pretzels establishments are as negligent and scammy as this one, but I surely hope they are not. I wish I could have tried their food, but I'm not sure if they had any to sell. Ultimately a warning to those out there to not order ahead for this establishment, let them tell you they don't have anything to sell you face-to-face instead - save yourself the headache and talking with your bank. (Customer support does not help with refunding, despite them saying to contact them for help with such...)

This location is inside of Stonestown Shopping Town. The parking lot is free but always packed! Wetzel is located where Target and the mall connect. There’s never a line, the customer service is not great. It always seems like having a customer is such an inconvenience, like we’re interrupting them being in their phone or something. ? Last time I ordered pretzel bites and they gave me unsalted ?. This time I ordered pretzel bites again and the cashier ASKED if I wanted salted or unsalted. They did NOT disappoint. The pretzel bites were warm and delicious. I want to try the cinnamon ones because yum!

I bought pretzels twice from them. First one was few weeks ago. Second was today . Both of them were almost raw dough. And also glaze is like frost. Don’t buy from this branch. Disappointed

I bought some pretzel pieces before close. It was the last they had. The almost raw dough was under a layer over cooked pretzel… I have been in the bathroom most of the morning and tossing and turning from the stomach ache I got after.

I always get the small pretzel bites here with my son. We enjoy eating it fresh as that's the best time to eat it. The food doesn't disappoint but sometimes I don't know how long the pretzels have been sitting there as they often times have different level of texture and crispiness. Lines are usually short or non existence so you get the food pretty quickly. Drinks are too sugary so you can get a healthier option elsewhere.

Pepperoni Pretzel is delicious and they have lemonade available as an alternative to soda. The staff member on duty is friendly.

I really like their bite sized cinnamon pretzels here. They are super addicting. The pretzels here are very soft. They make a great snack. Cheese for dipping is extra though.
