Never open the time it says online. It says they close at 8pm and I’ve seen it close as early as 2:30pm.

This location is inside of Stonestown Shopping Town. The parking lot is free but always packed! Wetzel is located where Target and the mall connect. There’s never a line, the customer service is not great. It always seems like having a customer is such an inconvenience, like we’re interrupting them being in their phone or something. ? Last time I ordered pretzel bites and they gave me unsalted ?. This time I ordered pretzel bites again and the cashier ASKED if I wanted salted or unsalted. They did NOT disappoint. The pretzel bites were warm and delicious. I want to try the cinnamon ones because yum!

I bought pretzels twice from them. First one was few weeks ago. Second was today . Both of them were almost raw dough. And also glaze is like frost. Don’t buy from this branch. Disappointed

Great service until their "final closing hour." Today(Friday) I came around after 6pm- said they close at 7pm when on apple maps it says they close at 9pm, Monday-Friday(they should really fix that). I came yesterday around 8 because of the said schedule; they were also closed. Very disappointed in the fact that they haven't updated their hours unless the workers purposely close 2 whole hours early. Today, during the final closing hour- one of the worker's was sitting on the counter- didn't even come up to greet me. I said, "Hey, are you guys still taking orders?" All they said was "We're out of dough, that's all we have." The least they could've done was recommend the drinks if their food display looked sad. I really like this place and their choice of comfort food, but today and yesterday were definitely not comforting at all. I hope they're able to fix these issues. Aside from the evening, their morning and afternoon crew are definitely worth while. A very dedicated young girl even offered me a special deal which I thought was adorable. If I could give the morning/afternoon crew(or just her service) a separate rating; it would be an obvious 5 stars.

I bought some pretzel pieces before close. It was the last they had. The almost raw dough was under a layer over cooked pretzel… I have been in the bathroom most of the morning and tossing and turning from the stomach ache I got after.

I saw Wetzel's Pretzels at Stonestown, and I knew I had to get it. Getting pretzels at a mall is such a nostalgic experience. I opted for the Cinnamon Pretzel, and it was a slice of warm, sugary heaven. The pretzel was incredibly fresh, soft, and arrived at the perfect temperature to savor every bite. The combination of cinnamon and sugar was simply divine, making it a mouthwatering treat that left me craving for more. The quality and taste of this pretzel surpassed my expectations, and it's safe to say that this location of Wetzel's Pretzels knows how to make a fantastic cinnamon pretzel.

Nothing like warm pretzels. I'm glad it's still around. They have some stuff that's on the ready, but half the time you have to wait if you want anything special. They always seem to be understaffed, but it is a small space. I'm a fan of the pretzel bites primarily; they're always on the ready, and you can casually walk through the mall eating them.

Conveniently located inside the Stonestown mall right outside the mall entrance to Target. For some reason I really like Wetzel's Pretzels. Love that not only they sell full size pretzels with lots of different toppings and flavors, they also sell miniature versions in cups. Always hot and fresh. Service was friendly.

It was really good! The pretzels are soft, so people with braces could eat it. Also, the people who take your order are very nice

I was asked to purchase a pretzel for a family member as I was going to be at Stonestown. The regular pretzel they sell costs $4.99-may as well say $5 but marketing psychology does apparently work on the young. To serve this size pretzel, especially if it's doused in sugar & cinnamon, in one of those useless sleeves is stupid. Asked the clerk for a paper bag as the pretzel was very messy with sugar and cinnamon spilling all over the place he still insisted I needed to pay the $.10. Could not even part with a paper bag yet gave gratis a paper bag to the pushy woman who cut in line in front of me. Maybe if I'd have spent $17 plus like she did on junk food for her bratty St. Stephen's School kid and herself then I'd have received a free paper bag I suppose. Firstly that's just an additional income this chain is raking in like the rest of the establishments in SF over this bag fee. It would be better to put those pretzels in a better type of receptacle then. That sleeve thing is just ridiculous.

They charge 10 cents for a wax bag and 25 cents for a cup of water.
