Super chill atmosphere and tasty tiki cocktails

I love it here. Looking for a spot after work or just a good vibe with yummy cocktails this is it. I lived in SF for 7 years and my roommates and I spent great times here. The bartenders are consistently cool and real. I could bring my dog in (not sure if that is still aloud) which made me even more inclined to go. Dont skip this little neighborhood spot if you're looking for a place for a good drink

I came on a sunday and their was a mini oven w spam musubi heated up . Mine had kimchi. They gave me sauces sweet tamari and chili sauce. Delish bite sitting in the sun in outside benches! Lots of seats to people watch before going for a walk.

Mere blocks from the Pacific, Whitecap is the most mesmerizing bar in the Outer Sunset if not all of S.F. Unique cocktail menu served by friendly, knowledgeable bartenders with the mellow vibe of surfers at the edge of the continent. Truly one of a kind. Don’t waste another minute!

This nonchalant neighborhood bar is zee best! With their seasonal rotation of their menus, you'll never get bored. It doesn't get too busy given the location so absolutely perfect for a chillaxin' day to boost up. Nice staff and most of all, delicious and beautiful drinks! (No food) The MOMA was one of my favorites - floral beauty.

A cool little bar to meet up with a friend or two or a casual date. A simple cocktail menu with a bar and a fireplace in a sleepy part of town. Came here on a Wednesday night and there were just a few people hanging out.

It was quiet and easy to have a conversation.

Friendly folks and good cocktails in a nice ambiance. The fire place is cozy and there’s a TV for sports. Great neighborhood bar would visit more often if we lived closer

Great vibe, beautiful setting. The cocktails may be a little sophisticated for my taste, but it’s such a cool spot I’ll be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

My first time at White Cap was 2019. I'm glad to have made it back here again as it was just as phenomenal as I remember. The bartender made excellent drink recommendations. Drinks are well balanced and the atmosphere is very laid back. Love this spot

Weve been going here many times and last Sunday, the experience kinda leveled up. I personally like the Passport, Surfer on Acid?, and Bolo Tie except the Monkey Wrench. We also enjoyed the short talk with the bartender who've shared his expertise in bartending - listen to this guy's vision. Pro tip - have him surprise you with a dessert cocktail.

As a patron who recently visited White Cap on Taraval Street in San Francisco, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. From a business perspective, the behavior exhibited by the staff at this establishment is not just morally reprehensible, but also damaging to their reputation and bottom line.Upon entering the bar, I witnessed firsthand the mistreatment of customers, particularly those of Asian descent. The hostile and discriminatory behavior displayed by certain employees reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole and undermines its commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons. It's evident that the lack of proper training and oversight has allowed for such incidents to occur, resulting in a loss of customer trust and loyalty. In today's increasingly diverse and interconnected world, businesses cannot afford to alienate or mistreat any segment of their customer base.Furthermore, the failure of management to address and rectify such behavior only serves to perpetuate a toxic work culture and tarnish the brand's reputation. In an industry where word-of-mouth and online reviews can make or break a business, it's imperative that establishments prioritize customer satisfaction and take swift action to address any instances of discrimination or misconduct. In conclusion, the discriminatory behavior exhibited by certain staff members at White Cap not only goes against basic principles of decency and respect but also poses a significant risk to the long-term success and viability of the business. It's high time for management to take proactive steps to address these issues and ensure that all patrons are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Failure to do so will only further damage the reputation and credibility of the establishment in the eyes of the public.
