This is definitely one of the nicer bars in a neighborhood full of very mediocre ones. They also have bar bites, which are pretty good. And the cocktails are better than their well-drink-focused neighbors, and very fairly priced. For a little more money you step up to an elevated experience.
View and location of restaurant were amazing. We ordered 3 different bottles of wine and all of them and bartender were awesome. Disappointed in service and food. Service was slow, they delivered our appetizers with no plates. We were missing a table service and took me going to the bar to get these things handled although we spoke to 2 other employees. Some of the plates came out with cold food and quality of steak was not great for the price. We will definitely come back for...
We've dined here numerous times in the past and have always had a good experience. While the food this time was good per usual, 2 things worked against us having a better experience: 1. our waitress had an attitude and made us feel like she did not want to be there. She made a mistake on the wine order bringing sauvignon blanc instead of cabernet sauvignon, and was generally not welcoming. 2. The cabernet was ice cold!
