The bestie and I have continued the tradition of trying every food truck before the Giants games on Tuesdays, and this past Tuesday 6/24 around 4:30p, we ventured to Wicked Star. The pork belly uncharacteristically had very little crispiness and, worse, was seemingly unseasoned. Was at Spark Social digging for a keto friendly option and ordered the Thai Chicken Salad, asked them to swap out the chicken with the Lime Pork Belly. They did so and it was absolutely amazing. Please make this an actual menu item!
