Found their yellow truck at Valencia Live and they did not disappoint. The Gyro Salad was perfect. Gyro meat was tender and thickly carved, not cheap and thin like other places. And the portion was generous. Every ingredient in the salad was remarkably fresh and delicious. Red onions were sweet and thin. This is one of my favorite food trucks at Spark Social. The gyro plate is loaded! I ordered extra salad as well. The plate is loaded with protein and fries as well. Don’t forget to ask for the hot sauce, it is bomb! This a great meal for a post-workout. Healthy and balanced. For the price it is worth it.
Fast delicious and great portions sizes. Perfect for east coast style gyros food truck.

Gyros On Wheels - 601 Mission Bay offers a variety of delicious options, with the gyro sandwich being a standout favorite. Customers praise the tasty doner kebab with good sauce and fries. The gyros plate comes with a ton of food—lots of salad, french fries, gyros, and tzatziki sauce, enough for two meals. The falafel sandwich is also popular, packed with veggies, hummus, and amazing falafel. The combo plate is a great deal, offering well-seasoned chicken and beef shavings, salad, fluffy rice, plump fries, and a side of hummus. The crinkle cut fries are perfectly salted and crispy. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, making it a satisfying dining experience overall. Some find the falafels dry, but the food is fresh and filling.
