Why does the screen that I am forced to place my order on auto-prompt a MINIMUM of 15% tip when I have to do everything myself?

When I rate this place as “quiet” it’s because there is literally no FOH staff doing anything. You are forced to place your own order with endless prompts about your personal Information and then coerced into tipping no one….

After the Oakland location closed, I had been missing all the deliciousness on this menu. Coco made it a wonderful little stop for dinner with great food and great conversation.

Coco has taken great care of me the last few visits. I love the matza ball soup & bagels.

Pastrami sandwich very disappointing. This is a photo of half the sandwich. The tiny amount of Pastrami they included (CUT WITH THE GRAIN) for $20+ was incredibly fatty and chewy and cut incorrectly.

OG Reuben with corned beef. Just get it, you’ll thank me later.

If you’re inclined to eat supermarket bagels then I say FUHGEDABOUDIT.. Wise Sons bagels are the tops for fresh, crisp outer layer and soft chewy & airy middle ( not at all gummy like most others) especially Poppyseed! My regular☕️ & chat buddy really loves Everything BAGEL toasted with butter, Did I mention Poppyseed Naked ? Not me.. The Bagel! Otherwise for a more true NY bagel you’d have to go to H&H in Penn Station NYC.

My favorite place to eat at the Ferry Bldg on Saturday. Staff is so very friendly, treats you like an old friend, food is always excellent, have dined on both the pastrami sandwich and the smoked salmon. And love the open atmosphere of the Saturday farmer's market.

Quality has really gone down while the price has gone up and this place is really not worth it anymore.

I absolutely LOVE the OG Reuben with pastrami, but you can choose corned beef or smoked turkey if you like.

The pastrami is so good here that you just might forget to take a picture of your sandwich before you eat half of it.

They have amazing authentic gluten free bagels. Even better than in NYC.

Neat little Reuben sandwich $18.50. For dining in, you pay first and they give you a number on a metal stand. It took about 10 minutes for my little Reuben sandwich to come out. That tasted fine. Plenty of seats at lunch time. I was still hungry when I left. But then again, I'm a big eater.

Love this place but quality has been slipping recently. Last two delivery orders arrived with issue: one was completely the wrong sandwich, the other was missing paid-for add ons. I hope they can figure this out!
