As I was traveling alone I sat at the counter. Farrah behind the counter was quick and kind. The kitchen scrambled up some tasty eggs, browned potatoes, and sourdough toast. Yum. Great start to a great trip.$25 pre tip and tax

Slow and unorganized. They don't check names or receipts and kept giving parts of my order to people after me in line. Waited an hour total - 20 minutes to take <5 orders then 40 minutes to finally get the food.

I have a Priority Pass membership from my Chase SR VISA. When I fly through SFO I normally enjoy stopping by Yankee Pier for a quick bite to eat using my Priority Pass. However, on 4/5/2024, the network was down. As per Priority Pass the server is supposed to take down the number and process it when the network is available. The server refused to do so and said I needed to pay. In the future I will be sure to ask the server to scan the Priority Pass membership before placing my order.

I eat here every other week when I fly out of SFO .. like the place with the one exception, everytime I order take out , tha bartender (who handles the take out orders) is always in a bad mood , no customer service, abrupt mannerisms. I wouldn't tip this guy but this would effect the rest of the employees, therefore I will still tip the guy ... but I don't like the lack of customer service. Sit down service is always wonderful!
