Don is a great bartender. He makes well mixed drinks and is friendly. The service in the rest of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The food is ok for the price and being at an airport.
They have a huge sign for takeout orders. But you have to check in with the wait staff to obtain a priority pass ticket first. If you are in a hurry, this place is not for you.Accepts priority pass ($28/person voucher) **No American Express issued priority pass.Fish and chips is a hard pass.Burgers are ok.

Had a great experience this morning in the always hectic terminal 3 at SFO thanks to Franklin who wasn’t actually my server (I had Ray who did a fine job) but Franklin had the awareness and care to notice the cream that went into my coffee was perhaps old and immediately took it off the table and replaced it with a new one that was much better. He even noticed my coffee almost empty and provided a refill (Ray had asked earlier but I wasn’t ready for a refill at that point...read full review
