The food didn’t taste fresh out of vending machine. The noodle was not evenly cooked so part of it remained hard/brittle. The meat looked rancid, part of it turned black. I smelled it and decided it was still edible and ate it. The meat was definitely borderline expired. Fortunately I did not get sick. The overall taste was that it was tasteless; it was slightly salty but not umami or savory. The temperature was lukewarm despite that I waited about 3 minutes for it. Definitely will not eat again; it was not cheap, not fresh, and didn’t taste good. The idea that the vending machine would deliver consistent experience appeared to be broken here. Because this required fresh ingredients and they didn’t keep the ingredients fresh. Hope they work on it.

Noodle bowl came out partially frozen with ice on top the lid.

The ramen comes out cold- so go to the microwave and cook it for another minute or so. The taste is alright. This isn’t anything like the ramen machines in japan or korea. It’s pretty bland and underwhelming. But the experience is cool

Just had a yokai ramen bowl in MSP airport, the problem isn't it's too hot, in fact it's not hot enough. the ingredients are frozen and they remained frozen after the hot water is added. Whatever algorithm you've got working on these bowls needs serious readjusting.

The noodle soup came out lukewarm and my dumpling was frozen cold. Call the service hotline and they told me they will refund my money, but never saw the refund. Great idea if they can figure out how to execute like the Japanese machines.

The machine failed to put water into my pho (but sprayed hot water over the outside of the container) and I was left with frozen meat and uncooked noodles. Cool concept, but completely failed execution.

Seriously not bad for a machine! Great quick fix meal!

Given that it's a vending machine, it's fairly decent. Veggies and meat all re-hydrated nicely. A bit pricey, but really convenient. It is very important that you stir it and let it sit as soon as possible.

Bad food and even worse attitude. Will never recommend this place. I took the time to go and provide some feedback that the chicken was spoiled and the staff did not care.

The bowl size is big, the food is very hot and tasty. The noodle quality is top notch. I'm a ramen lover and this machine is fantastic! Great selection of ramen, rice bowls and other things. Hope they add more locations at hotels and public areas around major cities. It's a game changer, close to one of the things that make Japan a very cool country. Hope to see these great machines around the US too. Great job Yo-kai!

Coolness factor aside, once the machine delivered my hot bowl of soup, the machine didn’t cook the noodles long enough for them to be hot. ? haha. No - really. Everything was just kind of lukewarm. (I got the Pho)Fortunately, the hotel had a weak microwave there and I had to put it in twice for 2 then 5 minutes before I was happy to call it “hot” soup. But… once it was done? Delicious noodles and beef but the meatball was hilariously rubbery and squeaky on my teeth.Sooooo - 3/5 - good - but only if you’re really hungry and don’t mind waiting a bit longer to heat it up.

I bought ramen at ontario airport kiosk and there were no utensils or napkins. I called customer support number provided and was on hold for 15 minutes before having to leave voicemail. Frustrated
