This is my second time here. First time I ordered grape succulent & melon melon. Both really delicious. Today, I ordered another melon melon because they didn't have strawberry for my niece and a pineapple banana (more like just banana). There's only one lady working. Quiet shop. Clean and 2 tables able to sit. Parking- meters outside but I like to park in the residential streets. There's always a spot or 2. First time and yogurt drink was delicious. Didn't really know what to expect but it is literally drinkable yogurt. I got the red bean purple rice yogurt. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Sign outside says YM tea and they have two menus so it may get confusing!Mango pomelo sago is a must. I haven't tried any of their other drinks cuz the mango pomelo sago is that good here and I don't wanna risk disappointment getting anything else. Small place with minimal seating so it's more like grab and go. Parking in the area is plentiful and easy as well.
