Located on the bottom floor of the SF Centre, ZERO& offers high quality tea options and non-dairy milk options. Orders are taken online at a self kiosk, with service being super quick, often in less than 5 minutes. However, navigating the kiosk can be tricky, and there is little to no interaction with the staff until the order is prepared. The Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Oat Milk was perfect, with default settings of less ice and less sugar. The Thai Me Up and Jasmine Green Tea with sea salt cheese foam were both yummy, though the sea salt cream drink has a normal lid rather than a sippable lid, making it hard to get both the tea and cream with a straw. The ube drink was OK, not super sweet, but wished it was more creamy. The chocolate sea salt Oreo mini box was a pleasant surprise, with a lovely soft chocolate chiffon and Oreo crumble adding flavor, though the chocolate pearls were soft and unpleasant. The signature coconut zero lightly sweetened with boba and coconut pudding was the freshest, refreshing and delicious. Overall, the drinks are great, and the spot is good for a quick boba fix.
