I ate yesterday here at noon and got food poisoned due to poor food safety and handling techniques.

We had Rompiballe Sandwich and The Milanese Sandwich. Our favorite one was The Milanese Sandwich even if both sandwiches were very tasty. It was very fresh and we liked the harmony of ingredients. Service was fast and we didn’t have a difficulty finding a table. I felt like I was in a nice sandwich shop in Firenze. Thank you!

I usually hit you other location but I live one block from the location so I popped by for an afternoon snack. I’m glad I did. I’m having the Raspberry Sorbet and a Pomegranate & Orange San Pellegrini. Both are so refreshing. I usually have a glass of red, some stuffed hot peppers and a cannoli but for today, what I got is perfect. Thanks guys. I’ll be back soon.

Pretty close to my favorite Italian sandwich that was in north beach 20 years ago. The server was very kind and helpful. The area was really beautiful to sit surrounded by beautiful history of SF with city hall right there. Highly recommend to at least get a drink and sit at their tables if your not hungry.

Awesome new vendor in the kiosk that used to be Bi-Rite in the Civic Center Plaza (pre-pandemic). I've had 4 things here (napolitano, caprese and veggie sandwiches and beet salad) and they've all been fresh and delicious with a generous serving. The bread they use is soft and yummy, not too "bready" with a good bread:fillings ratio. My main critique is the pricing, which -- while in line with SF prices -- isn't going to be accessible to most of the local residents of the TL/SOMA. The gelato pricing starts at $5.99. With a playground right behind the kiosk, it would be nice if the prices were lower so a family of 4 wouldn't have to pay almost $25 to get ice cream on a nice day.
