The chef pairs each unique coffee drink with a thoughtfully designed dessert dish or food item, such as a biscuit and jam. Everything is made in-house with out-of-ordinary ingredients, textures, and flavors. Each course stands out with delicious notes of coffee, complimented beautifully by the food pairing, creating many different flavor profiles.
