Finally tried this place out after driving past it for the nth time. They do $1.50 taco Tuesdays and is parked right next to the Starbucks off Duarte and Rosemead. A bit more difficult to get to if you're coming from east of the intersection due to the median island and no U turn restriction, but damn their food is worth the trouble.
