the most creative, personal, and intimate dining/coffee experience i’ve ever had. felt like getting to know a new neighbor, going on vacation, and watching an art film - all while eating and drinking the best coffee and snacks you can imagine
this was by far the best coffee/food experience i've had in LA and i would recommend this to anyone who loves coffee or is curious about coffee. Came here with three other friends on a saturday afternoon

This has been one of my favorite and most unique experiences in LA! Josh and Mei really make this special and welcoming for everyone. Each pairing was delicious. It’s hard to pick a favorite. The detail and information shared by Josh was super interesting. You can see how much thought and effort goes into this tasting menu and experience. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back for future seasons!

Ahma offers a very unique and special coffee omakase experience. It is a one of a kind, intimate, and cozy tasting in a homey, charming, and relaxed space. The experience is a love letter to coffee, carefully and intentionally curated around the food, service, and overall experience.
The chef pairs each unique coffee drink with a thoughtfully designed dessert dish or food item, such as a biscuit and jam. Everything is made in-house with out-of-ordinary ingredients, textures, and flavors. Each course stands out with delicious notes of coffee, complimented beautifully by the food pairing, creating many different flavor profiles.
The staff is very friendly, warm, and down to earth, providing excellent hospitality that makes guests feel comfortable and completely at ease. They walk you through each course in an informative and passionate way, breaking down the process and sharing the stories that tie everything together. This creates an environment that is both approachable for those new to coffee and enjoyable for coffee fanatics. Guests leave pleasantly surprised, having tasted extraordinary and innovative coffees and desserts, and with a wealth of knowledge about coffee. It is a novel, delightful, and highly recommended experience.
