You can’t beat the price! Affordable and pretty good quality for the price you pay.
Favorite- passion fruit green tea with tea jelly and most of their fruit teas cost under 5$.
You can add a few toppings for free which includes- tea jelly, coffee jelly, boba pearls and pudding. Very popular so be prepared to wait in a line to place an order but the service otherwise quick.

REC: Pudding Milk Tea + boba
Affordable without compromising on quality taste and time. While it can get very busy, most of the times they pump out drinks within minutes. They have all three, cashier/counter ordering, self serve kiosk, and online ordering. I personally prefer the kiosk, but to save time I recommend online ordering. Although there is seating inside, it is limited. The outside has a planter edge you can sit on. Drinks can’t be said to be the best, but certainly the price is unbeatable, with most drinks being UNDER $5. If you signed up for rewards, you may also get enough points to get $ off. The store is still pretty new, and inside is simple, but comfortable and nice. Whenever I am in the area and dont feel like dropping $8 for boba, I come here. Def a good spot!

Amazing mango sago is delicious and a lot various options sadly they don’t have Thai tea but everything else on the menu is pretty good
