Not sure why the first floor had no table. You order your food at first floor then go up to second floor. First floor was cool and nice, a great temperature for eating hotpot.When we got to second floor, the temperature was so hot and humid. It wasn’t very comfortable eating hotpot with this temperature since we were all sweating. Everything was so good especially the beef broth with medium spice. Fair price and lots of parking lots.
Have been coming here for a long time however today service was really not great. When we first arrived, there was no one in line. After we signed in on the iPad, we placed our order at the counter prior to going upstairs. It was rather rushed as we didn’t have a chance to go through the menu (online via QR code).
