Pastries on point, nice flaky layers. Choux pastries are the right balance. Love the matcha and vanilla cream Choux flavors.
I know it was a soft opening so looking forward to seeing matcha drinks on their menu and please offer espresso!

BROWNED is such a great spot for pastries and coffee. The pressed croissants were seriously addicting — especially the plain and the 58% dark chocolate. They were perfect for dipping into coffee. The other croissants had a chewy interior and a crispy exterior, and not overly buttery or greasy at all.The blueberry ricotta croissant was also amazing and really well-balanced.
The cream puffs were another highlight — the sweetness was just right, and both the blueberry and Madagascar vanilla were light and airy with the continued theme of crispy on the outside vibes.
Their drinks were just as impressive. The hazelnut coffee literally tasted like real hazelnut, not overly sweet or artificial — exactly how hazelnut coffee is supposed to taste! The Japanese black sesame drink was also amazing and paired so well with the pastries. Everything felt thoughtfully made, and I’ll definitely be back.

This place smells AmAzing. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They usually sell out but I came right when they opened so was able to get all of their cream puffs flavors, their Dubai chocolate, and almond croissant to try. These croissants were probably the crispiest croissants I’ve ever had. Wished the butter flavor was a bit stronger tho. The Dubai chocolate one was STUFFED with pistachio cream which just tasted like pure pistachios. Would’ve been nice to get a bit of white chocolate flavor. The only sweetness came from the chocolate drizzle. Nice crunchy kataifi tho. Their almond croissant was also very nice and crisp and had a nice strong almond flavor. I usually don’t like cream puffs but these ones. MNM. Not sweet at all and you can tell how high quality the ingredients and technique is just by looking and tasting them. Each one had a poofy choux pastry with addicting crisp, lightly sweet cookie top, and an even lighter cloudier cream filling. The lemon one had a strong tart lemon curd flavor that wasn’t really for me. The blueberry one’s flavor was mostly came from the layer of jam inside. Would’ve been better if it was infused into the cream too. The matcha one was a tad seaweedy which means it’s super high quality. The oolong one tasted like the matcha one but less seaweedy and more smokey. The chocolate had a strong cocoa flavor. The vanilla one had a nice milky, cream flavor. My favorites were definitely the pecan and biscoff ones tho. They were a bit sweeter than the others and had very strong good comforting flavors. All the pastries were definitely not sweet so you got very pure flavors from each ingredient. Kinda wished could just add a touch of sweetness tho. But overall this place is pretty good. Just wish it could be a bit cheaper or more bang for ur buck.

Amazing little pastry shop!
Crunchy little choux puffs filled with high quality cream inside.
We got all 6 flavors and my ranking is: biscoff > matcha > vanilla > chocolate > caramel pecan > oolong tea
NOTE: they are Asian sweetness, not American sweetness so they might not be sweet enough for some people

Crunchy, golden puff pastry filled with smooth, aromatic cream — perfectly balanced and absolutely delightful!
Vanilla Bean and Maple Pecan are my two favorite flavors. Their matcha and Oolong tea flavors are also great, but just be mindful that they are the original tea flavor (not sweet).
