Very authentic chinese noodles. I ordered spicy beef noodles and zajiang noodles!! Book marked this, i will be back :)
The noodles are good, but a little bland. The owner explained that they under spice it due to customer complaints, but has extra on the side so you can add however much you need. But the bigger issue is the pepper themselves aren't quite authentic enough, it's a little muddy in flavor and doesn't cut through the fat flavor profile, so it's a bit mid. Over all an easy B+ or A-. Pricing is a little high (maybe a buck or so cheaper is more appropriate, considering the portion size)...read full review
