This is honestly one of my favorite places to eat in all of LA. The food is incredible, the vibe is perfect, and the service is excellent. I will definitely be back soon!

I used to love Chang'an. What happened? The sign now says Tang Dynasty, so I assumed they closed down, but Google Maps kept not taking my suggestion that it closed down, so I decided to investigate personally. The windows still said Chang'an so we went in. The menu tablet says Tang Dynasty and 99% of the menu is different. Also the menu says salt and pepper "octopus" but it's just squid/calamari like everywhere else. Also it smells bad, like cleaning products and rotting garbage at the same time.I felt guilty leaving; the waitresses were really nice, but I just couldn't stand the smell anymore and nothing on the menu appealed to me except the one thing from the old menu I was afraid wouldn't be the same anyway.

The hair on the pig's trotters has not been shaved clean. If you pay attention, the result will be different! In addition, the portions of mutton skewers and beef skewers are very small, but the price is very expensive! Two small bottles of sour plum soup cost 13 yuan. It was noisy inside, the female singer’s songs weren’t good, the dark interior design, and the name Chang’an actually made it look like heaven and earth! Maybe it's to attract young people, but not every young person has this taste. Wouldn't it be better to be quieter? Everyone is here to eat, not to be messy and noisy. Chang'an is not Chang'an! I usually give 5-star reviews to restaurants, but I never seem to give them 4 stars. But I have to express my bad dining experience here. I hope the boss will think of ways to improve the dining environment!
I ordered three stir-fried vegetables and grilled skewers. After finishing the stir-fried dishes, I waited for forty minutes but still no skewers were served. There were no more than four tables of customers in the store. This serving speed is enough for two meals. SAD, the Chinese district is ruined by restaurants like this.
Also, don’t order their crayfish. Not only is it fishy, it’s also the worst crayfish I’ve ever eaten in the United States. Click it and you will know. Help everyone avoid thunder?
Good Taste , good Fish

Good food , good Drink i am back defiantly.
Very fresh! very delicious! A very authentic Hunan restaurant!
I ordered mutton skewers, preserved egg and eggplant puree, and stir-fried pork. The price is expensive, the portions are small, and the taste is ordinary.
Don’t order the mutton kebabs! The crawfish is 100% frozen! The meat is tasteless! Once you eat it once, you won’t think about it a second time! Expensive and crappy! Daily disposable store!
Eggplant is delicious, but everything else is so-so
