The food is far better than its 3.5 star review. The stir fried beef rice noodles from Chao Wei Ju is very close to the original Hong Kong chef level with the aroma from wok. The beef rice noodle soup is also tasty. The most surprising part came from the small tea pot and refreshing southern China tea, for free. Will try the hotpot for the next time.
🥇I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. It's an authentic Chaoshan hotpot, with a delicious clear broth that has excellent flavor. The meat quality is fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The rice noodles have a perfect chewy texture, and the portion size is just right. The tea is exceptionally good.
