It's been years since I've been back. So... the 1st thing i noticed is that they have gotten pricey over the years, but EVERYONE else has too. But WELL WELL worth it. The sandwhiches are still among the best. Fresh and frozen meals are excellent! Dozens and dozens of hard to find Italian food products everywhere. Their cookies are top-notch. The atmosphere is great. Their proper customer service was refreshing.

If you haven't been, I highly suggest you go to Claro's on Valley. It's still a gem that survived the SGV many changes over the years. Glad I came back.

Been a customer since 1961 and my parents before that. I moved to San Diego in 2006, I miss this quality family owned business. Come on down to SD and show them how it’s done.

One of our first stops when we visit from Virginia! Nothing compares to the delicious food and friendly faces!

I have lived in the area many years, and this is the best sandwich place I have gone to.
Besides the great service, they have ghost pepper cheese, caution it is hot.

Awesome place for sandwiches. The meats and cheese from the deli are some of the best around. Definitely recommend the eggplant parmesean. we have gotten it for parties and have always been a hit. For dessert, black and white cookies will hit the spot. Soft cookie with delious chocolate. Really, you can't go wrong here. Prices are reasonable. Our go-to for parties.

I get nice Canadian bacalo, salted cod there; the only problem is that the texture is too soft and cannot stay in water too long.

Delivered 6 pallets of turkey here and came inside and spent over $260 LOL great food !!!

One of the true great Italian delis out of the San Gabriel valley area. If you want real authentic Italian sandwiches with imported meats and cheeses get the grandpa Joe made from scratch. All the greatest Italian restaurants get their foods from here. Been coming here since I was a kid and lived down the street. There is nothing here that I haven't had and that isn't delicious!!
