I cannot express how authentic this is. This very much reminds me of China, especially the 肉夹馍(hamburgers). Also the hand pulled noodles did not disappoint me, I'd take my family here !!! I want to recommend to try the Bianca Biang Noodle AND Sesame Cold Noodle, it's just amazing and taste like home.
I was looking for a quick lunch spot and it was either this or Tsujita Artisan Noodle and Xian dishes and especially Biang Biang noodles holds a special place in my heart. Located in a large plaza with underground parking, it was quick and easy. Restaurant was half full just after lunch time on a Saturday and we were seated quickly.
