Read about this place in the paper. Bae and I are always saying things like "we should explore the culinary delights of the sgv" but are often intimidated because we don't speak Chinese and have little familiarity with the cuisine beyond the white people Chinese restaurants of our respective coasts (she east, me west). We ordered from the internet even though we were there because we had our dog with us. The noodles were extremely, extremely good, the other ingredients (beef, chicken, veggies) were pretty standard. If i was to return I just get noodles straight up, I feel like the other stuff just distracts from the main event. Bae couldn't eat hers because she comes from a place (new england) where people say stuff is too spicy because there is PEPPER in the dish. Like, the pepper you have at your house. I cooked a dish with pepper once and her mom wouldn't eat it for that reason. Also the service was good, they actually called us because they were out of something we ordered and wanted to make sure they gave us a refund or something else.Unless you are a monster two people can split one dish here, any dish. If you order more than one dish per two people left overs are a given. Also, we drove around for an hour before we got home and the food was still warm.Vegetarian options: Noodles! Tofu!Dietary restrictions: Gluten!Parking: Free lot in the shopping plaza but lots of venerable people entering and exiting so be careful. Free street parking out front.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

I cannot express how authentic this is. This very much reminds me of China, especially the 肉夹馍(hamburgers). Also the hand pulled noodles did not disappoint me, I'd take my family here !!! I want to recommend to try the Bianca Biang Noodle AND Sesame Cold Noodle, it's just amazing and taste like home.

I was looking for a quick lunch spot and it was either this or Tsujita Artisan Noodle and Xian dishes and especially Biang Biang noodles holds a special place in my heart. Located in a large plaza with underground parking, it was quick and easy. Restaurant was half full just after lunch time on a Saturday and we were seated quickly. We ordered the Ground Pork Eggplant in Pepper Oil Biang Biang Noodles and the Mutton Biang Biang Noodles -- two steaming bowls of noodles came out quickly with two cups of water we asked for. The noodles are chewy, thick, slippery and perfectly cooked. I slurped up my noodles and scooped up the meat sauce without pause. Service was friendly enough, its SGV -- I don't expect fluent English wait staff nor extraordinary service (unless it's a seafood banquet restaurant and then you're paying for that service anyway).

5 STARS FOR THESE NOODLES!!!!!! Thick, chewy, perfectly cooked. Amazing sauce and the toppings are all so delicious. You must order this. Cucumber salad (4.5/5): so good with the right amount of salt and a generous amount of garlic Pork hamburger (4/5): very interesting. This is basically just meat and bread. The pork was very salty. I liked the "bun" - it was thin but still chewy and had some body to it

Happy to discover this hidden gem and hope to be back! In an area well-known for Chinese food, Xi An Biang Biang Noodles lives up to the hype. Their head chef is from a well-known region in China. All the noodles are fresh-pulled. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor! You probably can’t go wrong with the menu. Split family style, it was a deliciously filling and decently priced meal. Staff is friendly and service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Love coming here. My new favorite combo is to mix the Stir Fried Cumin Lamb with the Biang Biang Noodles. If it's your first time trying the noodles, make sure to add a little bit of the black vinegar (and chile oil if needed) on top!

Food was okay. The service needs a little improvement. They didn't bring us out water. Would forgive this place a second chance. Not sure if this place was new. The inside needs a little cleaning.

Simple & authentic fare. Clean, cold & open space just as I remember hole in the wall restaurants in Shanghai when I lived there. The parking is abundant. The service is quick. I only wish I spoke Chinese. The hand made noodles live up to high expectations. The food is flavorful. Needless to say the plates were empty and my belly was full. I look forward to returning again.

I had a craving for Biang Biang noodles earlier today. I used to always order Biang Biang noodles at Chongqing Special Noodles. However, when I looked up the term "noodles" on Yelp, XiAn Biang Biang Noodle came up. It has very good reviews. So me and my family decided to go with XiAn Biang Biang Noodle. I ordered four items: - Cold Noodle with Chili Oil - XiAn Style Lamb Noodle - Chinese Hamburger with Pork Filling - Three Toppings Biang Biang Noodle with Pepper Oil Their food is amazing. Their cold noodle with chili oil has a spicy kick to it. Their XiAn Style Lamb Noodle has a strong cumin flavor. Their Chinese Hamburger with Pork Filling is delicious, so are their three toppings noodle with pepper oil. Besides their food, their waitresses are very friendly. The amount of time it takes for the food to be ready only took less than 10 minutes! Plus, they have a good ambiance. Would definitely consider going there again.

I was craving biang biang noodles and this spot fell short of my expectations. Xian offers various biang biang noodle dishes as well as lamb favorites like hamburgers and stir frys. Service was average. The workers weren't friendly and English was minimal so you can get by with just pointing to things on the menu. You order via QR code and then pay at the counter when you're done. They do accept Visa, not Mastercard or American Express. Three topping noodle- The noodles were chewy, very wide and had a bouncy texture. The sauce was just okay to me. It was overly salty, vinegary, lacking much depth in flavor. Maybe the toppings are supposed to bring the main flavor but I found the sauce to be very much average. The toppings were plentiful but again, overly salty and lacked any complexity in flavor. It also wasn't spicy as advertised despite being topped off with chili oil. Spicy beef noodle soup- Soup broth was decent. It was more of an orange color which surprised me. It had a thick layer of oil on top but it wasn't super beefy in flavor. The numbing peppers killed most of my taste buds it was so overwhelming. The beef was soft and tender though. Food quality was just okay, nothing to write home about or go out of your way for.

Nice service and good northern Chinese food. Love their spicy beef strips noodle soup!

Small newish (as of late '23) cafe located in a strip mall. I came on a weeknight and it wasn't super busy/ crowded. The vibe was pretty chill when I walked in and was greeted by really friendly people while getting seated right away. This place came on my radar from a post on IG I think and the noodles looked amazing and wanted to grab some on my way home from work. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but it wasn't a problem because there was also QR code ordering/ paying, etc. Also, friendliness is universal, so there's that. I ordered the #33 or Three Toppings Spicy Noodle with Pepper Oil (biang biang noodles). I think this is their specialty. Not sure if I'm using this term correctly, but the QQ was on point! The noodles were super thick and chewy. Just a joy to eat with all the toppings and that touch of spice. So much flavor from a bowl of noodles. Overall, just a great place to get noodles at a more than reasonable price. Definitely would love to come back and a great addition to a sea of wonderful options in the area.

This is the restaurant with the smallest portions that I have ever eaten at. A bowl of noodles is not cheap and is gone after two bites. The water I drink still smells like tap water. I will never go there again.
