The manager was really nice and checked on the customers, he even came to my table to pick up my tray when i was done eating. I asked him for an application for my family member and he got it right away. Great job, it was a pleasant experience!!! Food was good too
Don’t come here. Literally four little chunks of chicken in my classic burrito, soda machine spits out syrup, churros cold unseasoned and all the manager could say is sorry when I was walking out the door. Let’s not to mention how dirty the managers door is to office. Sorry yet no offer for partial refund. Full would have been good. Corporate should be aware of this hot mess location. Your welcome.

I ordered the 12 tacos family meal, requested 10 mild and 10 medium salsa, I got total of 5 tiny box of salsa, had to share with 4 ppl, so embarrassing, 0 star for the food and service.

Pollo Loco locations around us had slowly started to slide down-wards on food quality and cleanliness BUT... today we decided to give the Pollo Loco on Las Tunas in San Gabriel "another chance" - especially since their sign said "under new management"...AND... Glad we did! The dining area was neater and cleaner, the staff was super friendly and the food was tasty and fresh! The prices were about $2 more.. not bad for a good meal. Stop by and see what you think.
