The manager was really nice and checked on the customers, he even came to my table to pick up my tray when i was done eating. I asked him for an application for my family member and he got it right away. Great job, it was a pleasant experience!!! Food was good too

Don’t come here. Literally four little chunks of chicken in my classic burrito, soda machine spits out syrup, churros cold unseasoned and all the manager could say is sorry when I was walking out the door. Let’s not to mention how dirty the managers door is to office. Sorry yet no offer for partial refund. Full would have been good. Corporate should be aware of this hot mess location. Your welcome.

I ordered the 12 tacos family meal, requested 10 mild and 10 medium salsa, I got total of 5 tiny box of salsa, had to share with 4 ppl, so embarrassing, 0 star for the food and service.

Pollo Loco locations around us had slowly started to slide down-wards on food quality and cleanliness BUT... today we decided to give the Pollo Loco on Las Tunas in San Gabriel "another chance" - especially since their sign said "under new management"...AND... Glad we did! The dining area was neater and cleaner, the staff was super friendly and the food was tasty and fresh! The prices were about $2 more.. not bad for a good meal. Stop by and see what you think.

Very good customer service. Feels welcome the moment you walked in. This place is under new management, employees are very friendly, smiling, greating u once u walk in. Raudel is very professional, kind and helpful. He makes sure customers are happy with the service. The place is very clean. I used to go to el pollo loco in Alhambra on commonwealth, that place always ran out of salsa. I highly recommend this el pollo loco in san gabriel u will never have to worry of no salsa.

This is the worst run El Pollo Loco on the planet. I've sworn off going there for years, but it's so close to my house that I have given them a 2nd, 3rd,4th,5th, and 6th chance, and each time they fail the test. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. They are always running low on chicken and almost always out of meat. Each time I try and have dinner there it's a 15-20 wait for chicken breast meat, so I end up driving 15 minutes to the El Pollo on Colorado near PCC. This particular El Pollo is the complete opposite with plenty of chicken, very friendly staff, and excellent manager.El Pollo Corporate needs to step-up and show this franchise owner in San Gabrielhow to better run their business or pull their franchise rights.
