The food I had there was a vegetable pizza baked on a filo dough! It was delicious! But, unfortunatey, the atmosphere is small, cramped, and crowded with all those china cabinets and "vintage" items! Their "ube" latte is NOT what I expected, it turned out to be a white sweet potato! CHEATERS!

stumbled here on a sunny sunday. the decor. homie. warm. welcoming. truly authentic in coffee shop decor. the baristas and people working the front are great. the perfect amount of what do you want and getting down to business when making your order. no bs. the coffee. amazing. we had an iced Vietnamese coffee that was 10/10 and an egg waffle. truly a gem.

I love this coffee shop! Coffee is great with so many options. They do their best to satisfy their customers. They are very welcoming if you want to sit and work. I feel right at home.

This place should be called the fresh roach because that's what was crawling all over the floors. I spent $19 dollars and didn't even get to eat or drink anything because I was so grossed out. All sizes of roaches were crawling everywhere.

Hey y’all hope you’re doing well. I wanted to try Fresh Roast since being in high school but never had the time to stop in, growing up in San Gabriel I drove down SG Blvd daily passing by. Went in this morning at opening and ordered the HK Milk Tea and the Choclate HK Waffles :) oh boy the sugar rush was awesome. Great location and comfy chairs with good airflow via fans. Not sure the WiFi password you might have to ask, the limit is two hours (very fair). Stay cool and cheers.

if I could give atmosphere 6 stars I would. this is a gorgeous coffeeshop with a vintage aesthetic (fans of the global village coffeehouse look that was popular in early aughts will love this place) and delicious treats. i got myself the hk milk tea and egg waffles with chocolate filling. very kind man who runs this shop who will go out of his way to show customers nice treats to try. plenty of seating, inside and out. will be back to try their Portuguese egg tarts soon!

Just had the chai tea latte, it was pretty good and was not expecting to be creamy. 11/10 would get it again ?

I have been drinking milk tea since who knows when. I drink it everywhere I go from the north east to south east and I must say this is the BEST Hong Kong tea I’ve ever had

Ordered 雞蛋仔 with mochi filling. It was okay! If you like the chewy texture, you’re gonna love it. Not too sweet, a good option for a quick snack with coffee or tea.

My first time to try siphon coffee. Probably the freshest, most aromatic cup of coffee I've ever had! Amazing! I paired it with their avocado toast. Fresh avocado, hint of lime and delicious! They have sooo many coffee options, from so many regions. They roast in house! Satisfy your sophisticated coffee crave. Just go!

If we are specialty coffee lovers, the quality and professionalism of the coffee here may not please us, but the human touch here is very much like a street corner in a Hong Kong movie in the 1980s. The temperature in the dark and messy room is very high. People are reminiscing about their childhood scenes and the perseverance in their hands. I only ordered a cup of Ethiopian hand brew. The beans were said to be roasted by themselves, but this batch of beans should be roasted a little too dark. Ethiopian’s signature citrus or floral aroma is not much, the acidity is relatively low, and the bitterness is high, maybe Influenced by the dark roasting culture, the cocoa nut flavor is still very obvious. Overall it's a nice family style store
