Visited recently as my family have been patrons for awhile. The restaurant is now called New Golden Soup Restaurant ('New' added to its name) which leads me to believe an ownership change. Upon stepping inside, the dining area did seem refreshed with new seat covers and bright lighting and many new staff but the menu looks similar. Their daily lunch special is still available at $11.95 and thru 6 pm. As for the food, I would rate it as decent for the quantity but...
AMBIANCE: Casual. Noise level is average. At the time, there were two separate parties going. They used room divider panels (so noise level can still be heard and you can see through the panels).
