Nem by Summer Rolls is known for its great service and friendly staff. The restaurant is well-designed, nicely maintained, and gets packed, but the crowd is handled efficiently. It is very loud inside, making conversation difficult. The food is good and daggone delicious, with generous portions for the price. The pho broth is next level. While one server was rude, the owner stepped in to change the experience. It is a solid value, definitely worth it, and results in a return customer.
