“Been meaning to eat here forever. Finally, I came in today for lunch. Got the Combo C and the Blossom Roll. I've eaten at all the Japanese restaurants in SGV and Little Tokyo. This one is up there. High quality of food, while flavors go together well without being overpowering.“

“Fish was fresh and flavors were great. Love that they separate the warm rice from the cold poke when you get it to go. The only thing I’d say is beware if you add cucumber: my poke container had a lot of liquid at the bottom from the cucumber salad, which created a bit of an unpleasant texture to the rest of the ingredients that were also at the bottom of the container. But overall, I really enjoyed it!“

“I visited this location recently and was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in. Anissa assisted me, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. It was my first time ordering here, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and offered fantastic recommendations. Her genuine care and attentiveness made me feel truly valued. The food was excellent, and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!“

“Went today a little after 12 in the afternoon. The young lady that was working there was super helpful, attentive, and made sure that while she was attending to my order, that the other customers that entered were greeted. Her customer service skills were excellent.

My order was made to my liking and I really enjoyed it but my only concern was the tuna. Salmon, seaweed, and crab were great along with all the toppings.“

“This restauraunt serves really yummy salmon handrolls and custom poke bowls. The salmon and tuna taste pretty fresh, they don’t have any weird fishy taste. They offer a variety of toppings to choose from as well. However, the amount of sauce added can be a little overpowering sometimes. I’d suggest putting a note/request to add a little less! And even though it slightly adds to the price, I would also recommend checking off “Extra Salmon” when ordering, because without the additional it feels like there is not enough.

The service is good, but it can take quite a bit of time waiting for orders to finish in person because there aren’t too many people behind the counter. I think best way to order is for pick up or delivery.“

“Roll Factory does a lot of things right, but it’s the purple rice that sets the tone—its their signature unique touch. The fish is consistently fresh, cut clean, handled with care.

There’s a wide range of sauces, but the Truffle Ponzu is the standout—rich, bright, and surprisingly restrained.

It’s not the flashiest poke in LA, but it might be the best. Thoughtful, unfussy, and deeply satisfying.“

“I love the ladies at this location energy. They treat you like family and the wonton tacos are beautifully crafted and delicious. I ordered wonton tacos for my bday luncheon and they were a hit. Order them for your next event. The wonton tacos will set your party apart from any other party they have been invited too.“

“Awesome first experience! The traffic on Eastern had me turn into this food court. I've been to the green olive but decided for the Benton box at Poki N Roll. The tempura was lightly breaded and crispy. The portion of chicken and rice was very generous and I liked that the chop the chicken. Paola was very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much to the BOH and FOH for the great food and service. I'll be back to try other menu items.“

Stopped by here for a casual early dinner while in Old Town, and there was only one group ahead of ahead so ordering was quick. The medium size here could easily be a large at another place. The fish was fresh and I appreciated avocado being an included topping. There’s a good amount of indoor seating. Credit cards accepted. They have other options like Korean dishes if you’re not looking for poke. Self-service water.“

“I’ve been looking for a poke place and happened to find this little place. Went there once and the gentleman was very nice and helpful in the selection. My husband and I tried it at home and it was spectacular! Came back today and they were so generous in the quantity. I could say the best poke place I’ve eaten! If only I could afford eating at this place everyday, I would!“

“My experience with the Pokeball was great the only thing that was missing was Ginger for my salad I didn't ask for any but I would have assumed that they would give me at least one to two small packages to go.

Service West okay did they didn't acknowledge me as soon as I got in but it looked like they were a bit busy my visit was about 15 minutes and I took my food to go.
